On occasion DealerDex.com will not be able to directly fulfill your request for new vehicle information, we may forward your request for information to another reputable affiliate partner or auto dealer. OWNERSHIP OF INFORMATION
Once you have submitted information and it is received in the DealerDex.com database, all submitted information, including your name, e-mail address, home address, phone number, financial and credit information becomes the property of DealerDex LLC. This information may be passed as needed on to our dealer and fulfillment partners, finance partners and affiliates for the execution of the order, service or request. Any information received by our partners is subject to their respective privacy policy on customer information. Our partners use this information to process your order, to approve your credit and to provide valuable services. If you choose to opt out on our website we will not and cannot provide your information to partners, thus being unable to complete your request. If you do not opt out on our website at the initial time of service request, any subsequent requests to opt out of future partner communications must be made directly to the Partner.

DealerDex.com places a very high value on the importance of security for our customers.
