Disrespectful Sales Managers

Spent several hours at this dealership (Volvo of Richardson, Texas) contemplating the purchase of a used Volvo. While I found the salespeople to be helpful and eager to meet my requirements - the sales managers (presumably used car sales managers) were very disrespectful to the staff, talked openly and negatively about other customers and made pitiful comments in an attempt to "influence" a sale. In addition - with no provacation or cause - sales managers rudely and for no apparent reason - butted into my conversations with the salespeople.
Two separate sales managers made belittling and disrespectful remarks to the salespeople directly in my presence (treated them as if they were school children). While the dealership was clearly "not busy" - one sales manager boasted loudly (specifically for my benefit) that they did not have "many" cars left because they had sold most the prior day. I made several after-hour trips to this dealership before I actually met with a salesperson - the same cars were there each time and still there on the day of my visit.
Also, while I stood in a hallway - I heard a sales manager ask the other if he was suffering from "allergies" (after he had sneezed). The sales manager replied - "yes, I'm allergic to the truth."
If I had been left alone to deal with the sales persons - I would have purchased a car. But for the butting in, crudeness and disrespectful behaviors of the sales managers (both older "gentlemen") I did not. I pity the poor folks who have to work under the "leadership" of these managers.
If you go to this dealership - tell them up front "not" to bring in the sales managers.
