Incompetent service

After having my truck towed to Valley Service I was told that injector #1 was bad, when in actuallity the #7 injector was bad. After specific instructions by both my wife and myself,verbally and written to service the truck, while in shop.After 9 days, the injector finally got changed but no service done. These individuals upon paying the bill recommended service. Thier incompetance created the financial burden of a rental car for 9 days, as well as the inconvenience of having to take the truck to yet another Ford dealer, which can be trusted to service and do the work which reflects Ford's quality standards. I must say that we travel frequently and have serviced our truck at MANY ford dealers across the country and by far this is the worst experience I have had. I would recommend that any one who breaks down or needs service in that region of Washington spend the extra it takes to get to another Ford dealer.
