Overpriced and won't budge

Our family has purchased 3 brand new vehicles in the past 9 years. Each time, we have gone to Urka's for their best price. Each time, Urka Auto has been a minimum of 3,000 above the best price we've recieved either in Muskegon or Traverse City for a comprable vehicle. ie 2 SUV's and 1 Minivan. Thier comment back is "I know what this vehicle costs and there's no way you can buy one for that price"...Well..we have and are Satisfied. We will not give Urka's another chance to not sell us a brand new vehicle.

Duped, Disappointed, Disgusted!

I have been duped by Urka Auto Center; I am disappointed in Urka Auto Center; I am disgusted with Urka Auto Center. In fact, I will never buy another car (new or used) from this dealership--ever! I will never have another vehicle of mine serviced by this dealership--ever! I purchased a used Chevy S-10 from Urka Auto Center in April. The vehiockle appeared to be in great shape, with only 31,000 miles on it; my wife and I were assured that it was an excellent used vehicle. We have only driven it for 7,000 miles (all short trips, to and from home and the college where I am a professor). The wheel bearings are completely shot in the front wheels and Urka will do nothing for me (except replace them for $1000, of course).
