I purchased a key for our VW yesterday tjhe 27 of March. The parts dept called to pick up the key. My orgional key does not open the door any longer and needs reprogramming. Both programs may be done on each key at the sametime. We live 90 miles from Tranum my bwife is in Tempel today the 28 as she will have both knees replaced Monday the 31. Do not know when she will be able to get in the car as it is so low. Cannot get in to the service dept. to day at all. I know one customer does not mean much to a company as large as you are but we went to Tranum from the advice from a friend but rest assured we will not recommend the dealership.
