Buyer beware at Towbin Hummer on Sahara

Oct 22nd my son and I went into Towbin to see if he and/or We together could qualify to get him into a Hummer. 7 hours later we had a deal and were trading his 1994 Mazda pickup in, even though he had negative equity they were "able to work it out". So by the time we made it to Finance they presented the extended warranty to us, the pmt would be 801.00. We said no and immediatly Dwight the finance manager tore up the contract which was for 3.9% financing and told us he would call "his guy" over at GM and get us 2.9% so we could get the warranty. The payment would only be a little over 700.00, but he'd have the extended warranty and the 2.9%. I then asked "OH, so this loan is being financed through GM?" Dwight said a flat out..."Yes". (As also heard by my son). On the 31st I received a voice msg from Natalie Bennett, the sales person. She stated in her msg that we had to come back in to re-sign papers. I called her the next day and asked her if the papers could be faxed to me so that I could review the new terms and she said she would speak to Mike and see what she could do and took my fax #. She never called me back. BIG SUPRISE! Today we went in to re-sign the papers just to be told by Dennis Feldman that they were not able to secure financing for us. However they did still have my sons old trade, so we would be able to get that back. By now we were past due on the car payment for the truck we traded in because they never paid it off. My son also cashed in his extended warranty on it. Now Dennis Feldman tells my son they don't have his $600.00 check ready for him that they took as 1 of two deferred down payments and had already cashed. Their excuse is "they don't have a check signer on hand". They knew two days ago that they did not have the financing when Natalie called me...they should have has his check ready for him when we got there!
