Good Sales Bad Customer Service

Written by mike on 15-Jul-2008

I bought my new Nissan Versa 2008 last May 2008 with a very satisfactory rating to the Sales Guy (Jon D Amico - Great Guy) and to their Finance Team. Unfortuantely my car was hit with the Hail Storm and so with trust and loyalty I brought my car to their Body Shop and was attended by Greg Wittner. At first he told me that the car will only be fixed within 6 hours so we just waited but then when we came back Greg told me that he would need 1 week to have the roof Fix and showed me the repairs they have done. Surprisingly I saw the Lift gate Panel damaged(broken) and the plastic clips missing from the hood and the bumper side. He just told me that it will be taken care of. So we gave him the 1 week time to do the repair and then he gave me a call that the car was ready for pick up. So I immediately went to their shop to pick up my car. When I saw my Car I almost cried as I saw my car lots of scratches all over the surface but the dents were gone. Then I opened the door and there were paints on my floor mat. I checked on the missing plastic clips and it is still missing. I saw the plastic molding holding the windshield and it flip off. I then went to see the lift gate and I saw sprayed paint roughly scattered on the Bumper, Tail Lights and passenger side. Even my Tire which is usually black colored where painted white. Very Disgusting! Even the Body Shop Attendant noticed that the car was in bad shape. Yes it was really bad and yet Greg Wittner called me to pickup my car. The Other Attendant can't look straight on my eyes but Greg Wittner seems to be relax and i never heard him to say sorry!.. He just told me that he will take care of It. Again?( Sounds Familiar I heard that dialogue before huh!). I ask my dealer Jon D Amico (who referred Greg Wittner) to see what happened to my car and he was disgusted too. He talked to Greg regarding this matter. And Greg's famous line--- "I'll take care of it". He asked for another 1 week to fix everything. What else can I do? I just want my car back in nice shape. Now, This Guy
