Poor Quality Service in Service Department

I drive over an hour to take my car to Tameron Honda for service because they, upon purchasing my Accord, offered good customer service. I didn't purchase my car in Tuscaloosa because of poor customer service issues. I've work over 10 in years in customer service and over 3 years in management for customer service. I do business where the service is great and professional. I don't mind going or driving out of the way to receive "good" customer service. Which bring us to the matter at hand. I took my Accord to have an oil change to Tameron Honda in Birmingham, Alabama, by passing numerous gas/oil stations, to have my oil changed. I also had an low inflated tire, which I asked the attendant to look at because I was having problems with it keeping air. About 2 or 3 times a month I would have to put air in the same tire. After the oil change, the attendant "assured me" that the tire was fine and nothing was wrong. I took his word, evening after explaing how often I put air in the tire. He said there was not an object in the tire that was causing the deflation. Today, July 3, 2007, I took it to Sam's Club in Tuscaloosa to get some tires because I was tired of this annoying problem with the tire. They immediately showed me the nail in the tire and said this is the problem. After, calling Tameron and talking to a couple of service attendants, including the assistant manager, I find out they are not equipped to change, fix, or even sale tires at the Tameron Dealership. I asked, "Why wasn't I explained this at the time of my oil change service?" becuase I could have went somewhere else to get the tire fixed. He, the assistant manager never gave an responsible note-worthy answer. He did apologive for the inconvience though. He also had on file where the tire was checked and said to be OK. I could have had an blow-out and cause a serious accident injuring or killing myself or someone else. If I was only "clearly explained" they were not equipped to assist me with my tire problem, I could have gotten the tire fixed or re
