Treated me as one of the family..sales staff was friendly and courteous..worked with me to get me the best finance options and even explained leasing to me which I was not too familiar with..I absolutely feel that I was dealt with in the most professional way possible. Salesman was great - Family operated dealership which is a definate plus - you feel really satisfied when driving away in your new volvo - atmosphere is warming - and the waiting room is SPECTACULAR!
