Poor Service and Little Responibility

I purchased a Kia from these people and have been left wondering how a dealership such as this can still exist... they offer big promises and deliver little results. Here is an example: I purchased an extended warranty for service for 850 dollars under the pretense that all major car parts would be covered; result: thye have it written into the contract that they get to decide what they think falls under warranty... this means, such as the patriot act, they can manipulate the situation anyway they want! My problem was with a cylinder in the engine... go figure, the car is new! 1000 to fix and none covered! I suggest that you watch your rear if you are buying a car from these guys! In fact, I wouldn't buy another car from these people if my life depended on it.
