poor management & bad service

we went to this dealership after their website showed about four used muranos we were interested in and calling them up to confirm their availability. After driving there the person with whom we had an appointment made us wait for 15 mind while he just walked around talking to his fellow mates. When he came to talk to us we told him we were looking for muranos. He vanished for ten mins and then appeared with a list about maximas! We had to explain him that we were only interested in muranos. He vanished again and came back after a while to tell us the only murano they have was a demo murano that he drives. We were totally aggravated at this point. We asked them to call back when they have muranos. After 10 mins we recieve a call from somone at their dealership who asked us if we found something we needed. We told her that they didn't have any muranos. She still replied that they do and that their salesman Sam must have been confused Nd asked to go back in again. We go back and this Sam mockingly said some wise ass remarks. We tc him a out the call we recieve and be said that's only a courtesy call from their Internet dept.
