The service area is a mess, i dont understand how a luxury car line does repairs in a dingy basement. The personell there are all con artist, manager included. They have a real good way of telling you your stupid without accually saying it. I have seen them giving frebies to other customers but refusing to help with the simpleest of problems. I have sen employee drug use and abuse of customers cars on test drives. How do they stay in business?

I have a 1999 Volvo s70 t5. I bought it new from McDonald auto group and had a mediocre at best experience. Because of my location to work I have taken my car into Rickenbaugh for service on many occasions. When it was under warranty they didn’t have much problem taking care of issues until it was almost up. I had taken my car into the shop with about 5000 mile left on the warranty because I was having head lights and tale lights going out all the time. They kept replacing them and telling me that they couldn’t find anything wrong. Sure enough, as soon as my warranty was up they found that there was a short in the wiring harness (less then two months later). I have also experienced on 2 occasions taking my car into their shop, and that same day something else going wrong. This time- I took my car in there because it happened to die right there, and so I had it towed in. They replaced the battery, battery cable and the Alternator on the car. On the way home from the shop my antifreeze light came on. Sure enough I was leaking anti-freeze. What I am trying to say is that in my opinion Richenbaugh Auto Group if a bunch of Crooks that will rip you off the first chance they get. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!
