Service Stinks

While the dealership itself appears nice enough, their service department is sub-par to say the least. They are not customer friendly at all, horrible communication on the status of your vehicle, and the amount of time to complete service to your vehicle is absurd. Their "quick lane" is laughable as there is hardly ever anyone available to assist you. Promises of "loaner" vehicles are never kept. As if the cost of repairs alone arent bad enough, the overall disinterested and indifferent attitude of their service reps provides for a very dishearting, and discouraging experience. It truly is unpleasant to have to deal with them.
