I would give them the worst rating- Is the worst a One?. Very bad experience. I had my new 2008 Honda civic one day and had problems with the front end pulling to the right. I took it in and they did a front end alignment. Not even home and I had to turn around as it was still pulling to the right. I was told it was the tires now. They do have a nice service of washing your car for you HOWEVER my nice new clean car now has scratches throughout the hood. I also was dissatisfied with the deal they offered me and should have never agreed to it. Live and Learn and SPREAD THE WORD.(which I plan on doing)
