The WORST!

These people are evil! Do yourself a favor and avoid this den of liars and rip-off artists. I bought a used VW from them and specified that a new set of tires be put on as part of the deal. The sales people agreed. When I went to pick the car up, the old tires were still on. The staff apologized and called me back later, saying the car was in fact ready for pick-up. Still no new tires. This happened one more time before I gave up and just took the car with the old tires still on it. (I'm sure that this is a tried-and-true tactic of theirs.) A couple of months later, one of the tires exploded as I was driving on the 10 freeway, almost causing a serious accident. Oh, and about 35 days after I bought the car the AC stopped working and they quoted me a price in excess of $900 to repair it and replace the compressor. These guys are sociopaths, including the owner, Peter Liveri. Go ANYWHERE ELSE to buy your car!
