Not a good sales experience, but service dept. good

This was my fourth car I have purchased and the least satisfying experience I have had. They pull the old take your keys for the test drive and you don't see them for awhile, so hold on to your keys or give them a time limit. Get your eyes on a carfax as well because they said my car was clean, but it did have fender damage repaired and re-painted from when somebody backed into it. The sales manager was really just rude and I kick myself for just not walking out after he got an attitude with me (but they had my keys). I also noticed that they added an extra 200 on our agreed price, so double check all the paper work before you sign. I would recommend another dealership if you want any hope of an enjoyable and personable buy. The service department is the only up side to this dealership, because they do treat everyone in a professional and courteous manner.
