Poor Sales!

I just purchased a brand new 335 at McKenna and I must say what a pathetic Sales team. They gave me a great price over the phone and honored it. BUT their sales process was worse than shopping at Fry's!
The sales guy actually told me the dealership had done me a favor by selling me this car and that I should be thankful. When I went to collect my car, they didnt take the time to explain anything. The fuel tank was empty and they handed me a $10 gas card.
I wish I had paid $10/month more and bought the car over at Sterling or Irvine BMW where they are more professional and respectful.
Was it a good deal? YES.
Was I happy about how the dealership treated me as a customer? NO.
Will I get my next car from them? NEVER.
Will I tell my BMW loving friends about this dealership? ABSOLUTELY NO!
Bottom line - For a $50k car, I got a pathetic experience
