My husband leased a car from Lindsay and our son bought his first car from them. Since the lease on my husbands car is almost up we thought we would buy a new Rabbit. we are temporarily living in PA but thought dealing with lindsay would be fine based on past experience. How wrong we have been! A week ago we contacted the salesman and he had the car we wanted, our credit is not great and they needed to do some creative financing. It's been over a week everytime we call they are too busy to talk to us, or they are waiting to hear from the bank. We understand all this takes time but why are we left feeling we just don't matter. I don't know if I even want to drive the 3.5 hours one way just to be told sorry! Should have got a Saturn! They never give you the run around.
