Damaged my car

This dealership has always treated me well, but I recently had a bad experience with them. It took over a week to get the needed part (they did provide a loaner) and when I picked up the car I found that the back seat (leather) was damaged. There were rust marks on the seat and a fairly deep scratch. Apparently someone had stuck something on the back seat and damaged it when they pulled it out. I confronted the dealer and they denied all responsibility. They said that the repair didn't require them to be in the interior of the car and therefore it couldn't have been them. While the repair might no have required access to the back seat clearly something was put back there and damage was done.
