I live almost 150 miles away. Had a problem and had it checked locally at a reputable repair shop. Was under warranty so called the dealership and gave them details. They say they ordered the part I needed, Drove the 150 miles only to find out they didn;t order the part and I wuld have to drive back after they confirmed I needed it. Would have been nice to know up front as they know I was driving over 150 miles. Service manager and all staff not caring or helpful at all.

I cheched 1 but I'd rather say -5 zero's I called again about my battery and spoke to Gary Acosta, again I got no satifaction from him Even though the warranrty book says the battery is covered he would not honor it even though I was forced to have the battery replaced somewhere else because Nissan was to busy to see me until next week. What a poor excuse for a dealership.
