I recently brough my saab to be fixed by JMK because it needed a new throttle body. Yes, they fixed it, but in the process, they broke an interior piece to my car where the key is located. I confronted them about it, drove an hr out of my way to show it to them again, and got a call saying it is not their responsibility because it was never reported and even if there was a nail in their parking lot, and your tire flattened, it still wouldn't be their responsibility. How Rude!! No customer service skills whatsoever!
