Used car deception tactics of a bygone era. Failure to fully disclose, then ultimately not stand behind the product- even after representative admitted that the car "never should have been sold at the dealership, it should have been sent to wholesale". Shame on you Holberts. SHAME!

MISREPRESENTATION OF USED CAR

Salesman underplayed accident damage to a used car (car was on the showroom floor) that was revealed after my purchase- diminishing the resale value of the car significantly. Also misrepresented warranty details (length of, max mileage) and later admitted (exact quote) that the car I bought should have "NEVER BEEN SOLD THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP, BUT INSTEAD SHOULD HAVE BEEN WHOLESALED AS IS". Shame on you Holbert's. SHAME ON YOU!
