I would give them a 0 if i could. They have been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. My husband went in there "car browsing" and they would not let him leave even after 5 hours and he had our 18 month old crying and hungry. They took his keys to the car we were thinking of trading in, took the car to a back lot and we never saw it again. they are cheaters, scammers and fraudss...beware

Imagine this?!?! Buying a brand new 2008 Altima Coupe, and having to return for service 5 times in less than 3 weeks!!!!! It took that many visits for them to figure out that I had the WRONG wheels on my car - talk about quality of service! Not only is this dealership disorganized in their service department, their sales department is rude and unprofessional. My salesman walked by me 3 times while I was in the service waiting room and refused to say hello - he walked by with his head down which goes to show what a lack of service and class these people have. How do you smile at someone one day as they give you 25,000 and then ignore them a week later?!? NO CLASS! Frank, Melissa, Chuck, Lupe & The Customer RElations Dept were all accomodating - the rest of the staff I dealt with, however, were inexusably rude and unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend anyone here!
