THIS LETTER WAS SENT TO DARCARS
Hello Radhi,
I was in your showroom and on your lot today for over half an hour. In that time, not one sales rep appraoched me to offer assitance. Keep in mind I bought my first new car from this same showroom 10 years ago. Because of the poor after sales service I received when buying my first car I decided to buy my 2nd new car (a 2000 4 runner) from alexandria toyota, and am now in the market for a new tundra. Believing things may have improved over the past 10 years I decided to give it another shot. After all, I live less than 15 minutes from darcars silver spring.
In contrast, I left and went to toyota of Bowie, as I got out of my car, a sales rep walked up and greeted me. As a business owner of many years, I have come to understand the meaning of customer service. Your staff may want to consider taking lessons from Bowie and Alexandria.
Please do not waste you time with any further information, I will not be doing business with Darcars silver spring.
