I recently moved to Orlando and since I have always had great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually makes it worth it. I was wrong. The people at Courtesy Acura were unfriendly and uncaring. It took almost 3 hrs to simply get my tired balanced for $60 and when I went back in my car, the issue I came to fix was still there. I called back to see what had happened and got that uncaring attitude of "bring back the car and we'll see what we can do" I don't have another Acura Dealership in the area but I will have to look for another Garage to service my car.
