Biggers Mazda has the worse service ever! My problems started when i took the car in for my oil change, i get the car back and one of their drivers had slipped my clutch and got this burning rubber smell. Took it back in and they said smell will disapper by it self, gave me a loaner while they checked it out. Then they call me and say they want the loaner back as soon as possible, this is when i am at work. They call again and say a cop saw me driving wreck less with their car. So i returned the car when i got done with work. Called the GM and he was just plain up rude, he wouldnt let me finish my sentences. Then called the owner of Biggers Jim Lecture. He said it wasn't a cop it was a another driver that saw this and they called the cops, but they cant tell me time or place!!! So his final answer was what they dealer did was right in his eyes. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT EVER GOING TO BIGGER INSTEAD DRIVE THE EXTRA 10-20 MILES AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER. YOU WILL REGRET GOING TO BIGGERS.
