HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Sales guy promised me a spare key, gave me the run around for 7 months. I finally talked to a manager who said he’ll handle it. Now he hasn’t returned any of my calls! Then I called the owner, and he’s not any better at returning calls.
This company needs to go back to the basics and learn some manners and how to treat people.
